Dr. Bogan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University, where he was involved in dental research involving the release of fluoride from “smart” polymeric hydrogels. He also played sousaphone in the marching band, dotting the “i” three times during his senior year.
He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude and being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon – the National Dental Honor Society. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Columbus Dental Society, The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, The American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the International Dental Implant Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
In 2017, Dr. Bogan became a Fellow in the International College of Dentists (FICD). This prestigious honor is bestowed on less than 3% of dentists worldwide, and recognizes outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind. He also joined the top 6% of dentists in the U.S. as he was recently accepted as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
His passion for family care begins at home where he and his wife are the proud parents of two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and watching movies.

From Zip Town University of Akron earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry, Dr. Johnston transitioned to her true collegiate home, The Ohio State University, to complete a Master of Science degree in Anatomy and Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Researching different in-office techniques via DNA amplification to identify oral cancer and chairing the community outreach committee are included in her list of post-graduate endeavors.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and Ohio Dental Association. Spreading laughter and smiles in the office and helping patients put their best smile forward are what keep Dr. Johnston excited about coming into the office everyday. Outside the dental office, Dr. Johnston enjoys the outdoors, hunting with her husband, sport shooting and DIY woodworking projects.

Dr. Cook attended DePaul University, where she earned dual degrees in Biology and Marketing. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. In 2021, Dr. Cook further advanced her clinical training by completing a hospital-based General Practice Residency in Toledo, Ohio. This experience broadened her knowledge and refined her skills in comprehensive patient care. Dr. Cook has a deep commitment to lifelong learning. She regularly attends continuing education courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment, ensuring she provides the highest standard of care to her patients.
Dr. Cook is committed to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient. She believes that compassionate care, clear communication, and attention to detail are instrumental in helping patients feel at ease in the dental chair. Dedicated to service, Dr. Cook has participated in several volunteer outreach programs. She has traveled with the Christian Dental Society to provide dental care in rural Jamaica and has also worked with Team Smile to offer back-to-school dental services to underserved children. She remains passionate about giving back to the community both locally and abroad. Outside of the office, Dr. Cook enjoys attending comedy shows and concerts, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She is also a proud mother of one, and she brings the same level of care and compassion to her patients that she devotes to her own family.
